Habs lose Koivu
Though the Montreal Canadiens are denying it, preliminary reports are saying that the Habs could lose their captain for up to four weeks.
Koivu was injured during Friday night's comeback 4-3 overtime victory over the Buffalo Sabres. During the game Koivu was hit by a shot in the foot. X-rays were to be taken today or tomorrow to determine the severity of the injury once the swelling went down.
Koivu now joins a injured list that continues to grow which includes defencemen Mark Streit (who was also injured during Friday's game) and Mike Komisarek.
Your friend on ice,
Captain Bosh

Sucks for the Habs...
How about that home and home series between the Pens and the Rangers? Pretty good stuff. If that's any indication of what these playoff matchups are going to be like this year (and I think it is), I don't know how anyone could predict a single series lasting shorter than 6 games. It's going to be brutal!
