The NHL. Why we love this game.
If everyone would just take a few minutes to familiarize themselves with hockey, I sincerely believe they would be addicted to it (like the rest of us) for life. Check out this video reel highlighting some of the best hits from last year (I'm pretty sure that most are from last season) that I found on YouTube.com. If this doesn't get your mouth watering for the season opener, I don't know what will. Perhaps, this and a Molson?

Nice comp. Some of these hits were definitely older than last season (pretty sure I saw Ron Francis in one clip) but who cares? A great hit twenty years ago is still a great hit today! And those were definitely some great hits. Those two that sent dudes over the boards and onto the bench??? Holy snapcrack! How had I not seen those before???

Check out Youtube.com. I watched hockey clips for a good 30 minutes tonight. There was a great one on goalie fights that had Roy going at with Vernon, then later on throwing down with Osgood. Great stuff!
